Female and Male CxO Trailblazers 2020 – Shortlists Female CxO Male CxO News Posted by Jon Howell | 06/11/2020 We have a bumper number of entries to the Tech Trailblazers Awards this year. 2020 has seen a considerable uptick since last year, an increase of over 50%, demonstrating that even more startups in the enterprise tech space are continuing to take positive steps to gain the recognition from awards in order to stand out from the crowd when it comes to seeking investment, clients, and potential acquirers. The Female and Male Trailblazers categories are open to all senior executives, from small firms who may just have a CEO to bigger startups who might have a wide gamut of C-level company officials. The two awards were added in 2016 in order to let firms put forward individuals from the enterprise startup community even when the company felt it not couldn’t enter because it didn’t fit any of the categories. The awards recognise those women and men within enterprise tech startups that demonstrate key qualities and have proven achievements, such as: driving company innovation, proof of leadership, implementing and encouraging agile practices, promoting diversity within the company, and contribution to the wider tech community. So it is with great pleasure I announce this year’s shortlists for Female and Male CxO. Congratulations to this year’s shortlist for the Female CxO category: Christina Yip – Co-Founder, Airvting.
