This category is open to all private companies, privately funded or VC backed (Series C or earlier), under seven years old. It is open to product and services virtualization startups offering innovative solutions to enterprises based anywhere around the world.
Buzzwords of what may be considered hot and innovative include: energy management, energy efficiency, cost reduction, cost avoidance, energy, carbon, water, green IT, green ICT, application efficiency, software efficiency, holistic infrastructure management. Don’t worry, the list is not exhaustive and all innovative products and services from companies that meet the criteria will be considered. After all, we are looking for trailblazers and you may be creating a technology or market that we don’t even know about!
