Firestarter Trailblazers 2021 – Shortlist Firestarter News Previous Winner Posted by Rosalind | 16/11/2021 With just a few weeks until our virtual awards ceremony on 8th December, the 10th edition of the Tech Trailblazers Awards is full steam ahead. We’ve seen a substantial 40% uptick in entries from 2020, indicating the growing value of online awards for the enterprise tech startup ecosystem in an increasingly virtual world. The Firestarter Trailblazers bursary is for non-VC backed startups up to three years old. It was created to ensure that entry fees wouldn’t be a barrier for the new lean startups who are still securing major funding from VCs. The program aims to attract more earlier stage startups within the accelerator and incubator communities as well as those self-funding or with angel, seed, and crowd-funding as their primary source of investment.
