There’s another impressive crop of alumni news landing at Tech Trailblazers Towers this week, with past winners and runners-up making headlines across fintech, cybersecurity, networking, cloud, storage and digital experience.

The team here at Tech Trailblazers Towers has been keeping an eye on what our alumni have been up to, and this week brings everything from a major fraud-prevention partnership and another year of fast-growth recognition to fresh threat-intelligence innovation and developments across enterprise AI infrastructure.

DataVisor teams with Navan to strengthen real-time fraud protection

The company has partnered with business travel and expense platform Navan to strengthen real-time fraud detection and prevention.

Its technology will help Navan identify evolving fraud patterns using an AI-powered fraud and risk platform — an excellent example of AI being applied to a very real fintech challenge.

It is particularly pleasing to see this latest development because the company has a strong Tech Trailblazers pedigree: it was the 2018 Fintech Trailblazers winner, an AI Trailblazers runner-up in 2018, and a Fintech Trailblazers runner-up in 2019.

Congratulations to the team on another high-profile partnership and on continuing to push forward the use of AI in fraud prevention.

Congratulations are also in order following the company’s inclusion in the 2026 Inc. 5000 for the sixth consecutive year.

Six straight appearances is quite a run. The latest recognition highlights the sustained growth of the AI-powered email security specialist, which says its technology now protects more than 17,000 organisations.

Long-time Trailblazers followers may remember the company as a runner-up in the 2017 Security Trailblazers Awards. Nearly a decade later, it is wonderful to see that early promise translating into sustained commercial momentum.

ZeroFox puts threat intelligence into action

Following Black Hat 2026, analyst firm Intellyx has taken a closer look at the company’s workflow-focused HNTR platform.

The analysis highlights its work to move threat intelligence beyond simply identifying a problem and towards workflows that help security teams discover, validate and disrupt emerging external threats.

That focus on turning intelligence into action feels particularly relevant as attack surfaces become more complex and security teams face increasing pressure to prioritise and respond quickly.

The business is another familiar name to the Trailblazers community, having been crowned the 2014 Security Trailblazers winner.

Congratulations to the team on continuing to innovate in an area that has only become more critical since that win.

Amplitude keeps its growth story moving

There was encouraging news from the Technology Leadership Forum, where the company discussed continued business momentum.

Recent coverage reported annual recurring revenue growth of 22%, alongside discussion of its broader growth strategy, product positioning and adoption of its unified pricing model.

The company was a 2015 Mobile Trailblazers runner-up, recognised back when mobile-first digital experiences were reshaping the enterprise technology landscape. Its evolution into a significant digital analytics platform is a great reminder of just how far Trailblazer alumni can travel after first appearing on our radar.

Aryaka Threat Labs digs into a multi-stage malware campaign

The company’s Threat Labs team has published new technical research analysing an obfuscated Windows batch-script attack chain.

The research examines a multi-stage campaign involving DonutLoader and techniques including process injection, dynamic API resolution and in-memory execution — the sort of detailed threat analysis that gives security teams a clearer picture of how modern attacks are being assembled and delivered.

This is one of our earliest alumni, having won the Networking Trailblazers Award in both 2012 and 2013.

It is always satisfying to see an early Trailblazer continuing to evolve with the market, particularly as networking and security become ever more closely intertwined.

Wasabi expands its channel reach in Singapore and Malaysia

There’s positive channel news too, with a distribution agreement with Tech Data aimed at expanding cloud storage opportunities in Singapore and Malaysia.

The agreement is designed to make the company’s cloud storage offering more accessible to channel partners in the two markets and support opportunities around cloud and AI-driven data growth.

The business was recognised twice in the 2020 Tech Trailblazers Awards, finishing as a runner-up in both the Cloud and Storage Trailblazers categories.

Growing through the channel and extending market reach is exactly the sort of scale-up progress we enjoy following, so congratulations to the team.

Celona brings converged wireless to the AI-native enterprise

Finally this week, congratulations to Celona, which has launched Orion, a new converged wireless platform designed for enterprises deploying physical and agentic AI.

Orion brings private 5G, Wi-Fi, public cellular and satellite connectivity together under a unified platform, with Celona positioning the technology as a way for organisations to provide the secure and predictable connectivity increasingly needed by autonomous machines, computer-vision systems, edge AI devices and AI agents.

The launch has attracted coverage from Mobile World Live, Wi-Fi NOW and Telecoms Tech News, reflecting the growing importance of converged connectivity as AI moves beyond software applications and into operational environments.

Celona was a 2020 Networking Trailblazers runner-up, so this latest launch feels particularly fitting. Six years on, the company is continuing to rethink enterprise networking for a new generation of workloads where reliable connectivity is becoming every bit as important as compute and data.
